The PDG expansion pilot programme that took place in 2022 - 2023 successfully ended with the inclusion of the IPC as a fourth member in October 2023. Based on the lessons learned from this pilot, the PDG amended the process for expanding its membership and is now open to further applications for membership. This document explains the framework and the process that will be followed for this new programme. An overview of the timeline can be found at the end of the document.
