Committee of Ministers recommendations
Recommendations are adopted by the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers and addressed to Council of Europe member states. The first recommendations on health policy date back to 1978. Over the years, the Committee of Ministers has dealt with a wide variety of issues, thus creating effective European standards on health policy.
