Employment opportunities

If the EDQM has specific vacancies in progress you can consult the relevant vacancy notices on the Council of Europe's website.

Once you have consulted a vacancy notice and wish to apply, click on the "Apply" button next to the vacancy that interests you.

You will then have to fill an on-line application and submit it before the deadline of the competition (midnight Central European Time).

New GMP inspector wanted, with at least 4 years’ experience including 2 years as an official GMP inspector of a national authority or a pharmaceutical inspector of an analogous international organisation. If chosen, you will undertake GMP inspections of manufacturing sites of active pharmaceutical substances, in conjunction with GMP inspectors from across Europe - and also further afield, and also advise on necessary actions in case of public health issues.  For this you must have a very good level of English and be prepared to travel world-wide but mostly to Asia.

We are happy to welcome trainees to EDQM. For them it is a chance to gain valuable experience in a complex multi-cultural and stimulating work environment. For us, we benefit from the enthusiasm, motivation and skills that new graduates bring.
Our trainees are normally in their last years of study in pharmacy (or a similar domain) and traineeships last for six months.
