The EDQM is looking to fill several paid positions for this summer, primarily aimed at students pursuing scientific studies:
Duration: 01/07/2026 - 31/08/2026
Contract type: full-time contracts at Strasbourg – Allée Kastner (France)
Salary: from €2 400 (net/month)
Hours: day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 11:15 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. from Monday to Friday, alternating between morning shifts one week and afternoon shifts the next week
Primary duties:
- preparing orders for internal and external users;
- preparing packages (room temperature, ice or dry ice) in accordance with instructions on preparation slips and freight procedures concerning chemical and/or pharmaceutical products (delivery slips, pro forma invoicing, etc.);
- assisting with taking inventories of reference standards stored in the on-site cold rooms;
- handling several heavy packages (10-25 kg) per day;
- ensuring that the work environment remains clean, tidy and safe.
Important information: this work requires handling heavy packages in high places and involves spending several hours per day in the cold storage rooms while wearing protective clothing (provided by the EDQM).
