OCCLs in practice: their work and experience
The work conducted by the OCCL network has a great impact on the daily lives of citizens in Europe and beyond. These laboratories test cosmetics that are commonly found on the market and used by consumers every day. Likewise, their work is important for governments, as it gives a better insight into what is really on sale in Europe and whether their citizens’ health is actually well protected.
Find here some practical examples of the work carried out by the OCCLs. It is surprising how products, be they commonly used in everyday life or complete novelties, may often need closer scrutiny to ascertain full safety.
