We are looking for a dynamic and organised person to support our Communications and Events Division.
Main missions
- Handling incoming calls and e-mails
- Organisation of meetings and management of schedules
- Drafting and formating of administrative documents
- Organising and maintaining files and records
- Providing general administrative support of daily tasks
- Answering e-mails and drafting communications
What we are looking for
- Training in secretarial work or administrative management
- Very good level of English
- Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong sense of organisation and discretion
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
📍 Location: Strasbourg
📅 Type of contract: temporary (6 months)
💰 Salary: between 3 226 € and 3 676 € (bruto) per month (not taxable)
