The European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM) is looking for a Head of Customer Care Section — and it could be you.
As Head of Customer Care, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Drive innovation in customer support and stakeholder engagement, including HelpDesk operations and donor relations.
- Enhance workflows and processes to boost efficiency and performance within the Department and rest of EDQM.
- Represent EDQM at trade fairs and other events, increasing visibility of our products and services.
- Support strategic initiatives including customer relationship management (CRM) development and online store enhancements.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in marketing, business development, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in customer care, stakeholder engagement, or marketing/sales in pharma, chemicals, or a related sector.
- Strong communication skills in English or French (and good knowledge of the other).
