1 - Colourful Areas

The upper background areas are realized using various colors so that the different fillings blink on and off, appearing bright and colorfull at various tilts.

2 - Mirrored minitext

The text "COUNCIL OF EUROPE CONSEIL DE L'EUROPE", are visible as a mirror, which appears dark in contrast in nearly all viewing positions, without diffraction. The text heights are 0,9mm.

3 - Colourful Letters/Stars

The logo "edqm", the small stars and three stars appear bright and colorful at the indicated position

4 - Lens Effect

Bright beams of light appear to converge on, and diverge from, a virtual point beneath the surface of a design. When viewed using a bright lamp, the beams of light can be seen as spectra of colors.
