The EDQM is organising a symposium on ‘Plasma for Direct Clinical Use’ in Strasbourg on 22 to 23 September under the auspices of the European Committee (Partial Agreement) on Blood Transfusion (CD-P-TS). This Committee is responsible for steering and coordinating the activities of the Council of Europe in the field of blood transfusion.
The symposium will focus on the collection, preparation and clinical use of fresh frozen plasma. A comprehensive range of topics will be addressed including:
