Programme Overview
Providing safe, effective and good quality medicines and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) is a global concern. This conference will bring together regulators, industry and trade associations and key stakeholders from around the world to discuss the challenges and issues surrounding the quality of medicines in a globalised world.
It is a 2-day event, including 2 plenary sessions, 5 workshops and debates involving all the key stakeholders. Participants will be able to network and pose questions to the speakers and various panels. Participants will also be able to take part in workshops, roundtable discussions and in the development of a framework to meet tomorrow's public health needs.

Poster Session
The poster session will be open to all event participants for its entire duration. However, you must submit an abstract of your poster using the Poster Abstract Submission Form by 1 September 2010. In designing your poster, you should also ensure that your poster complies with the Poster Guidelines.
Who should attend
This conference is intended for persons involved in the quality of medicines. This includes persons from the pharmaceutical industry (API and biotech), R&D, regulatory authorities, academia, quality control and quality assurance.
Registration Fees
Using the Registration Form (Paper format), the fee is:
900 EUR for a delegate from industry or for a consultant
450 EUR for a delegate from a national authority or academia
OR
Benefit from our Special ONLINE Registration Rates:
- 850 EUR for a delegate from industry or for a consultant
- 400 EUR for a delegate from a national authority or academia
The registration fee includes all documentation, lunch(es) and refreshments. It does not include accommodation and travel expenses.
