Can’t find the answer you are looking for in the FAQs?
If after having checked through our list of FAQ’s you still have not found a response to your question, you may contact us via the EDQM HelpDesk.
- Begin by selecting the Question that closely resembles your query.
For example, if you have ordered an EDQM publication and you would like to know the status of your order, then you must select Topic 08: Product and Services; Section 01: Ordering EDQM Publications; Question 02 I sent an order – but I have not heard from you? - Click on the link at the end of the response to contact the EDQM HelpDesk.
- If you already have an EDQM HelpDesk & Publications Registration account, simply log in.
- If you do not have an account, you need to Create one.
- If you have opened an EDQM Online Store account, use the same e-mail address and password here.
The HelpDesk User Manual will give you more information on how to use the FAQs and set up on account.

Once you are logged in, click on ‘HelpDesk’ and complete the question form. All fields should be completed. You can also attach a file to your message.

Click on ‘Validate’ to send us your question.
Once we have responded to your question, you will receive an e-mail alert. Simply log into your account and click on “My message Box” to read the response.
Media Relations Contacts
The Public Relations Division deals with all media enquiries relating to the EDQM’s activities including press releases, press articles and interviews. If you are a member of media and have a question, you can contact the EDQM’s Press Officer. Journalists on deadline are advised to contact the EDQM by phone rather than email.

The Public Relations Division can only answer queries from members of the media.

The EDQM office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and French national holidays.
