If after having checked through our list of FAQ’s you still have not found a response to your question, you may contact us via the EDQM HelpDesk.
The HelpDesk User Manual will give you more information on how to use the FAQs and set up on account.
Once you are logged in, click on ‘HelpDesk’ and complete the question form. All fields should be completed. You can also attach a file to your message.
Click on ‘Validate’ to send us your question.
Once we have responded to your question, you will receive an e-mail alert. Simply log into your account and click on “My message Box” to read the response.
The Public Relations Division deals with all media enquiries relating to the EDQM’s activities including press releases, press articles and interviews. If you are a member of media and have a question, you can contact the EDQM’s Press Officer. Journalists on deadline are advised to contact the EDQM by phone rather than email.
The Public Relations Division can only answer queries from members of the media.

Business hours are from Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 17:00.
The EDQM office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and French national holidays.
